**This program is a comprehensive introduction to the techniques and recipes of vegan and raw food preparation. It is recommended for novice cooks up to classically trained chefs who are interested in learning to work with vegan ingredients. **There will be a dishwasher at these intensives who will handle a majority of the dishes. Given the amount of food we prepare, and in the spirit of cooperation, everyone will be asked to assist with dishes and clean up**

Hello,
I am very interested in registering for a 10 day immersion in Portland. I live in Ashland, OR and attended culinary classes in LA and Paris. I have since become a vegan and have great interest in raw food as well. Could you please let me know if there is still room in your June class?
