I would like to register for your two day course in December.  I travel quite alot and these are the only dates that work for 2012. It’s a good place to begin ~ and I am a beginner.

OK…I had purchased your Taste of Europe cookbook, but it wasn’t until the Clam-free sauce was in one of the magazines I get that I tried that particular recipe, and can I tell you….it is my favorite food on the planet, quite possibly in this and any other universes that exist. It truly is an OMG!!! The only bad thing about this recipe is that I have to portion out how much to eat, and put the rest away, before I start eating, or I will eat until I burst!! I could easily eat this every day for the rest of my life…..T-H-A-N-K Y-O-U!!!!!!
