Mark Reinfeld, Founding Chef of Blossoming Lotus Restaurant in Kapaa, Kauai was selected as Top Chef in the ‘Live Food’ category by the Aspen Center for Integral Health. Mark and Sous Chef Jennifer Murray will be flown to Aspen, Colorado to teach a cooking class and prepare a signature dish for the Healthy Gourmet Fest Tasting Dinner for 300 guests at Aspen’s Ritz Carlton.
