By checking the box below, I agree and acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a VEGAN FUSION workshop. No amount of care, caution, or supervision can eliminate all risks involved in working in a kitchen. Sharp knives, hot surfaces and potentially slippery surfaces are an inherent part of kitchen work.
I freely accept these risks and assume all responsibility for injury or losses that may result from my participation in the VEGAN FUSION workshop. I do further release, absolve, indemnify and hold harmless VEGAN FUSION, its partners and staff, and the property owners and renters hosting the VEGAN FUSION workshop from all liability that may arise from my participation.
I further grant VEGAN FUSION unlimited right to the use of photographic images and audio and/or video recordings of me while participating in a VEGAN FUSION workshop, including such alterations, additions and/or editing as deemed necessary and appropriate by VEGAN FUSION. Decisions regarding the use and distribution of such images and recordings shall lie solely with VEGAN FUSION.
I hereby acknowledge the VEGAN FUSION cancellation policy which states that payment in full is required to reserve a place in a VEGAN FUSION workshop. In the event of cancellation, a refund (minus a 5% administration fee, plus any bank or credit card fees, if applicable) will be offered only if my place in the workshop is filled by another participant. In some instances, if notice of cancellation is given close to the date of an event, a discounted rate may be offered in an effort to refill the spot. In that instance, the person canceling will receive the discounted rate for their refund.
